Our mission statement is to bring to schools an accurate, exciting, entertaining, visual, and hands-on approach to the Fur Trade and Explorers of North America.
We have developed educational presentations for students to provide a look into how things were in the days of Canada's first industry. Our education program provides in depth information regarding historical events and ways of life. Our content has been developed over years of study and experience in education with special attention paid to historical accuracy. Our programs can be delivered in schools or at historic facilities where our Association has developed cooperative arrangements.
Our popular educational offering called "Trade and Travel of the Fur Trade" is designed for grade groups 2-3, 4-6 and 7-8. Contact us for further information and details.
